THERE IS AN EARLY JEWISH WRITINGS WEBSITE owned by Peter Kirby which includes information on and, when available, online translations of books of the Hebrew Bible, the Apocrypha/Deuterocanonica, Old Testament Pseudepigrapha, Philo, Josephus, and the Babylonian Talmud. He also has started the Open Scrolls Project, which aims to produce a new translation of the Scrolls online. (Note to Peter Kirby: you would be better off using the DJD volumes, with their photographs, for the base text. The Dead Sea Scrolls Study Edition is an extremely useful resource, but it's not meant to be the basis for an independent translation: the Hebrew/Aramaic texts don't indicate doubtful and damaged letters.) Also, it was pointed out on the g-Megillot list that this project may duplicate the work of Accordance Software. But Kirby's version is designed for all platforms, not just the Mac, and he is not planning to charge for it.
